CANCELLATIONS

Your appointment is very important to the team members of Mane Art Salon.  It is reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. 

Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of $25.

NO SHOWS

No Shows will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.

LATE

Please be aware, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may not be able to provide the full service for which you have been scheduled.

DEPOSITS

Bridal Parties require a 50% deposit.  The 50% deposit will be applied to your total service fee the same day of your appointment.  Please note:  All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

CHILD SAFETY

We welcome children to the salon for their own appointments.  As we are working with hot tools, sharp shears and chemicals, no child without an appointment is permitted on the stylist floor for their own safety.  Children 12 and older are welcome to wait in our reception area, but we ask that you find arrangements for smaller children as they cannot be left unattended during your appointment.  We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests.  Your understanding is greatly appreciated. 

CLIENT SATISFACTION

Our goal is to make you look and feel your absolute best.  Dissatisfaction of any service must be expressed within two weeks of your hair appointment with any chemical services, and within one week with any hair cutting services.  We will be happy to make adjustments during that time.  

Any products purchased that you are not satisfied with may be returned for another product.  We do not offer refunds of any kind.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

For your convenience, we accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards.  We also accept personal checks.  There will be a service fee of $25.00 for any returned checks.

We are unable to add gratuities to any credit card transactions. 

TRY ANOTHER ARTIST

We understand there are times you may need to see a new artist because of scheduling conflicts, pricing, or for a fresh perspective on your hair.

Please feel free to ask for a referral to another mane artist.

Our artists are very supportive of one another and keep detailed records of service history and color formulas.  Also, due to our extensive education program, all of our artists have experience and have been through years of education.  As a result, we can ensure that no matter who you see, you will receive the same high quality service that you are accustomed to at Mane Art Salon.  We will find the artist that best fits your style.

ONE LAST REQUEST

Consultations are required for any new clients receiving a chemical service prior to booking the appointment.  This will ensure proper booking time and allow our Mane Artists to achieve your hair goals.

Please arrive 5 minutes earlier to your scheduled appointment.

Please have your mobile phone on silent mode in consideration for all other guests and their relaxation experience.  If you must take or make a call, we encourage all guests to have your phone conversation outside to be respectful to other guests.  We appreciate your cooperation!
